These no-rest workouts are your best productions in my opinion. I prefer not to stop for 10 seconds between intervals but also realize how much coordination it takes for you to go 30 minutes without stopping and switching on the fly. it makes 60, 40, 20 minutes seem faster and more fluid than it really is, I love it, it makes my workout routine seem easier, I love you, I'm your fan! but I have a suggestion to improve, the songs are sometimes repetitive and boring, so if you can put better songs, which are trending, your channel will be great, it's a constructive criticism because I love your channel, kisses from Brazil. 🤍

I‘m so happy I found your channel! I used to do HIIT workouts. I didn‘t really like them, but I thought „hey, they‘re effective“. Now I know that all these walking, low impact etc. workouts like yours work so much better for me🥰 Nevertheless I‘s like to know the brand of the clothes you wear in your vids, you always look amazing😊

Schools need PE teachers like this, in my area all the children are very less active and cannot run fast nor take their steps properly, they don't have spine movement in walking, they walk af if they're stiff and it's not good at all for their age, they're young and should be more active and fast at running. Those scooters are bad for all children they've become lazy and slow even girls, in our days year 2000 we used to skip with skipping ropes all day during break, till evening all day.

Maybe just a tiny suggestion towards the cool down, might be worth including some dynamic stretches to help slow down the heart rate instead of going straight into static stretches (maybe this is just me haha) love your channel 💖
