I prefer not to stop for 10 seconds between intervals but also realize how much coordination it takes for you to go 30 minutes without stopping and switching on the fly. it makes 60, 40, 20 minutes seem faster and more fluid than it really is, I love it, it makes my workout routine seem easier, I love you, I'm your fan! but I have a suggestion to improve, the songs are sometimes repetitive and boring, so if you can put better songs, which are trending, your channel will be great, it's a constructive criticism because I love your channel, kisses from Brazil. 🤍

As she grew her channel, the production increased and the workouts lost the vibe that made her channel and workouts so relatable. Please continue to be yourself as you continue to grow this channel. The simplicity of the environment/production is positive because the focus is on you and the workout and not the "extras" in the background which is what I see with Jo's channel.

Maybe just a tiny suggestion towards the cool down, might be worth including some dynamic stretches to help slow down the heart rate instead of going straight into static stretches (maybe this is just me haha) love your channel 💖
